A blessing... feeling blessed.

Received an e-mail from a dear brother in Christ - a story, a testimony. An event which had me involved, as a prayer partner. Witnessing His Goodness and our all possible God. Had not truly prayed for something so badly before, something which I know is perfect if it was granted. He did answer our prayers. There were challenges and some point in time which we felt 'betrayed' but we persevered for we knew that our Lord is not One who would leave us dumbfounded. We continued to pray a Prayer of Faith - believing so deeply that He's going to provide, no matter what. He indeed provided...

The story does not just end with a fulfilled promise but a long lasting feeling of fulfilment and the outpouring of joy. Definitely a blessed feeling. He is so good indeed.

However I still do struggle in my prayer life - can I once again utter this Prayer of Faith? Crying out to Him.

'Lord, I may not have a specific passion which I'm chasing but I believe that You've a bigger plan for me. Not to work to get by but to fulfill Your purpose in my life. Give me a discerning heart and wisdom to know Your ways. I ask this from the deepest end of my heart, trusting that You'll show the way and open the doors. In Your most precious name I pray, Amen.'
